Privacy policy
Version 23 October 2026.
Your data at a glance
- Who is responsible: F. Blanchet, Passeig Sant Albert 2, 08810 Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona), España, [email protected].
- What we process: your account information (username, email, date of birth, town), what you choose to put on your profile, your dick code if you make one, your location if you choose to share it, your messages, photos, verification selfie if you request verification (deleted as soon as a response is given), participation, a trust level calculated from your activity, and technical data such as your IP address. Some of this information concerns your sex life or orientation: it is sensitive data.
- Why: to run the site (profile, search, messaging, hangouts), provide security and moderation, and comply with the law.
- On what basis: performance of the service you request by signing up, your explicit consent for sensitive data and verification, and your consent for your location. Security and moderation also rely on our legitimate interest; where they involve your sensitive data, they are covered by the consent you gave at sign-up. Retaining certain data is based on our legal obligations.
- Who sees it:
- what you enter in Orientation, Background, What I’m into and My cock, and the intimate drawings in your dick code: logged-in members only (or only your friends, for My cock and these drawings, if you choose), never visitors or search engines;
- your username, town, public photos and the rest of your profile: logged-in members. Visitors who are not logged in and search engines never see profile pages. Visitors see a reduced version of member search (Guys), ads and hangouts, without your full username or a clear photo. But they still see what you post in forums and your reviews of Places. Other pages show them your username, sometimes with your photo, town or “online” dot: the lists of photos, videos, blog posts and music and the list of members of a public crew or followers of a Place (section 5);
- if you share your location: logged-in members see a point rounded to around 1 km and the distance between you;
- our technical providers: OVH SAS (hosting) and Cloudflare (network);
- an external server carrying calls and live streams, whose operator has not yet been established;
- services whose content the site displays (map backgrounds, embedded videos and posts), which receive your IP address when you view them;
- the Facebook script loaded on most pages of the site also sends Meta your IP address and the page you are viewing.
- What we do not do: no resale, no targeted advertising.
- How long: as long as your account exists. When it is deleted, most data is erased immediately. Some remains, and no cleanup process deletes it yet (section 10).
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time. You withdraw your consents for Orientation, Background, What I’m into and My cock in Settings → My data. For anything else, write to [email protected]. You can also contact the data protection authority of the country where you live, work or where the problem occurred (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
The rest of this text gives the details.
If you visit the site without an account
Even without an account, you leave data with us.
- What we process:
- your IP address, the pages you open (including what you search for), the page you came from and your browser, in our server logs and at Cloudflare;
- the town inferred from your IP address;
- cookies (section 9), including cj_majeur if you pass the “18 and over” screen;
- on the homepage, request counters stored under a hash of your IP address;
- what you write to us through the “Contact” button or by email (your name or username, email and message), including reports.
- Why, and on what basis: to display the site, protect it against bots and abuse, and answer your messages (our legitimate interest); handle your reports (a legal obligation).
- Who receives it: OVH SAS and Cloudflare; Meta through the Facebook script on most pages; OpenStreetMap and Fastly if you open the Places map; sites whose video or post is embedded on a page (section 7). You cannot yet refuse the Facebook script or these videos and posts (section 15).
- How long: around 6 weeks for server logs; 2 days for counters; 1 year for cj_majeur; session files: around 7 days after your last visit; for your messages, see section 10.
- Your rights are the same as members’ rights (section 12): write to [email protected].
1. Who is responsible for your data
- Data controller: F. Blanchet, a sole trader (autónomo) established in Spain, Passeig Sant Albert 2, 08810 Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona), España.
- Contact for your data: [email protected].
- Data protection officer: [to be completed].
2. Data we process
Your account (required to sign up)
- username, email, password (in our database, as a hash that nobody can read);
- date of birth, from which we calculate your age;
- country, region and town;
- sign-up date, last visit, last IP address;
- your two sign-up agreements, with their date and the version of the text.
Your profile (everything is optional)
- introduction, relationship status, languages, habits (smoking, alcohol), “Meeting up”, appearance, vibes, preferred ages;
- at the top of What I’m into: what you’re here for, how you like to connect and how many people. If you sign up from the homepage, the interests you tick there go into these questions;
- photos, videos, music, welcome voice message;
- answers requiring your consent, section by section: your orientation; background; in What I’m into, what you enjoy, the setting, protection, your limits and details; the My cock section;
- your dick code, if you make one: a drawing of your dick, cumshots and body, without a face. It reuses your height, build, body hair and answers from My cock. It adds its own answers: about your dick, cumshots and butt, only with your consent for My cock; about your body (armpits, legs, hair colour, skin tone of the drawing); and your display choices (clothing, background, framing, profile image, who sees the intimate drawings).
Your exchanges
- your chats (your private conversations): messages (text, photos, voice messages recorded from your browser, no more than 3 minutes), with their date and the sender’s IP address;
- pokes, conversation requests, read receipts;
- the caution card in a chat (section 13): the fact that you closed it, and when. The messages read to display it are not copied or kept elsewhere;
- voice and video calls: our server does not record their content. They are established through the calls and live streams server (section 7).
Your activity
- friends, favourites, blocks, profile visits (who saw whom, and when);
- Available (its type and expiry) and presence (“online”);
- Feed posts and comments, forum topics and replies, crews, Places (reviews, ratings, “I’m going”, Places you follow);
- hangouts: those you host; your requests, with your short message and the photo the host may ask for; your attendance or absence, recorded by the host; your feedback after a hangout; the discussion and its photos; your favourites;
- your hangout settings: “My discretion”, your filters, your “Tell me about the next one” alert (town and radius) and, if you choose, your hangout’s address, kept encrypted for the next one;
- live streams: title, times, viewers, discussion, replay;
- notifications;
- your most recent member search criteria, saved in your account so you can return to your search.
Your location
- the town you enter;
- the town inferred from your IP address using a database installed on our server;
- your location, only if you tap “Use my location” and your browser allows it (see section 6);
- the address of hangouts you host in a private place (your home, a hotel or a rental), with its coordinates (see section 6).
Moderation and security
- reports made by you or concerning your account, decisions taken, blocks and sending bans;
- for hangouts: reports, removals and their reasons, challenges, and a log of sensitive actions;
- your messages to the team: what you send through the “Contact” button (your name, or your username if logged in, your email address, message and, if logged in, member number), and the emails you write to us.
Profile verification, if you request it
- the selfie you take making the requested gesture. Our server redraws it, removing the metadata (location, device, date);
- your request: the randomly chosen gesture, its dates, the response, the reason if refused, and the moderator who responded;
- your “Verified” tick, with its date;
- their trace in the moderation log: submitting and cancelling your request, the team opening your file and selfie, the response and reason for refusal, removal of your tick and the reason for it.
Trust levels
- your level (none, Regular, Met in person or Trusted), recalculated every day, and the elements of its calculation: a score, your confirmed email and verification, how long you’ve been here, the number of months in the year when you participated, the number of members who confirmed meeting you, of your friends with established accounts, of your hangout no-shows without notice and of sanctions from the team over 12 months;
- for each of the past 13 months, whether you participated (an exchange where someone replied to you, a post, comment, forum or crew message, or hangout), never the content; and, to recognise an exchange where someone replied to you, the members you wrote to that month: a list kept for 13 months and never shown;
- “We’ve met”: who proposed it to whom, the response (confirmed, refused, no response) and any withdrawal, with their dates. The other member receives a notification with the name of the member taking the action.
Technical data
- server logs: IP address, date, requested page with its parameters, referring page, browser;
- the site software’s error logs: when an error occurs, the page’s address and what was submitted through a form;
- session files: account ID, IP address, town inferred from the IP address and, if you sign up through the /join form, what you typed there (username, email, date of birth, place and password, in plain text: see section 15);
- on the homepage: request counters stored under a hash of your IP address, which limit abuse;
- for sign-up and login from the homepage: counters of emails sent, stored under a hash of your email address or account, and the “Stay logged in” and new password tokens.
Where does it come from? Mainly from you. Some exceptions: reports concerning you come from other people; for hangouts, your attendance or absence is recorded by the host, and feedback comes from participants; the town inferred from your IP address comes from a database installed on our server.
3. What your sign-up and activity reveal
On a site like this, simply being registered says something about your sex life. This is also true of your messages, your “in person” Available status, the hangouts and crews you join, the Places you visit, the live streams you watch, what you search for, your “Met in person” or “Trusted” level and your “We’ve met” confirmations (members have met you in person), and your location if you share it. The law gives special protection to this “sensitive” data.
That is why sign-up asks for your explicit consent in a separate, unticked box. Without this processing, the service cannot work: this box is therefore required to create an account. It does not cover anything optional. You withdraw it by deleting your account.
Some of what you enter yourself on your profile has its own consent, section by section: your orientation; background; in What I’m into, what you enjoy, the setting, protection and your limits; the My cock section, which also covers the intimate answers in your dick code. Section 4 explains exactly what each consent covers.
4. Why, and on what basis
To provide you with the service (the contract you accept when signing up):
- your account, profile (except answers requiring your consent, below) and dick code;
- search and its map, favourites and visits;
- chats, pokes, calls and Available;
- the Feed, hangouts, crews, forums, Places and live streams;
- notifications and service emails.
With your explicit consent at sign-up: processing the information about your sex life revealed by your sign-up and activity, to run the service. Running the service includes security, tackling spam and abuse, and moderation, which may involve this information: for example, the anti-spam system comparing message text, and the word filter replacing some words (section 13). Withdrawal: by deleting your account.
With your explicit consent, section by section: displaying to logged-in members, and using in member search, your orientation; background; in What I’m into, what you enjoy, the setting, protection, your limits and details; what you enter in My cock. Consent for My cock also allows saving the intimate answers in your dick code and displaying their drawings; those drawings are not used in any search. Consent given for your background before 14 October 2026 covered only its display: it is only used in member search after your new consent (My profile, Looks: “Also allow search”).
- Without your consent, these answers are not saved.
- Withdrawal: in Settings → My data, “Withdraw my consent”. Answers covered by that consent are then deleted; for My cock, the intimate drawings in your dick code are deleted too. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful.
- The first three questions in What I’m into (“I’m here for…”, “How I like to connect”, “How many”) are not covered by this consent. Like the rest of your profile, they are saved without it, seen by logged-in members and used in search, and they remain if you withdraw it. The same applies to “Meeting up”.
With your consent, when you tap “Use my location” and your browser allows it: saving your location and showing other members a rounded point (section 6). Withdrawal: delete your location from your profile (section 6).
With your consent when starting a live stream: keeping its replay. Withdrawal: see section 12.
With your explicit consent when requesting verification (the box to tick before submitting): having the moderation team compare your selfie with your photos, including private photos, and displaying your tick to logged-in members. A person compares them by eye: no tool recognises faces. Withdrawal: on the “Your badge” page, cancel your request while it is awaiting a response (your selfie is deleted immediately), or remove your tick.
For our legitimate interest, which is to protect members and the site and let people know about it: security, tackling spam and abuse, moderation, technical server logs, hangout trust indicators, trust levels (section 5) and the chat caution card (section 13), and the homepage counter (section 5). Where this processing involves information about your sex life (your messages, search criteria kept in logs, attendance at hangouts, your “Met in person” level, your “We’ve met” confirmations), it also relies on the consent you gave at sign-up, described above.
To comply with the law: answering requests from judicial authorities, reporting certain unlawful content and keeping evidence of your consents. The law also requires us to retain data that identifies a content’s author: this is not yet in place (section 15).
Your right to object. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, for reasons relating to your situation. Write to [email protected]. We stop, unless there are compelling grounds, such as protecting other members.
What we do not do: we do not sell your data, we do not advertise, and we do not use your sensitive data for purposes other than those above without asking for fresh consent.
5. Who sees what
Logged-in members
- your profile: username, town, public photos, introduction, vibes and what you have filled in;
- your age does not appear on your profile. However, it is written in the code of your profile page, which every member opening it receives. Members can also search by age: your date of birth is used for this filter;
- your orientation, background, what you enjoy, the setting, protection, limits and what you enter in My cock, only if you have consented to it (section 4). For My cock, you can choose “Only my friends”;
- your dick code: members see your upper body. The drawings of your dick, cumshots and butt are only seen with your consent for My cock, by logged-in members or only your friends, as you choose. If it is your profile image, it appears on your card in Guys, your avatar and your messages, with explicit framing for people who have access to your intimate drawings and upper-body framing for the others;
- your location, if you shared it: a point rounded to around 1 km on the Guys map, where members at the same point are grouped and listed by username, and the distance between you;
- your preferred ages, only if you choose to display them;
- your presence on Guys cards and other member lists: the “online” dot and, when you are not online, how long it has been since your last visit (“seen 3 h ago”). If you choose “Hide my presence from other users” in Settings, only your friends see them;
- your “online” dot next to your username on the lists of photos, videos, blog posts and music (Explore in your account menu), even if you have hidden your presence;
- your Available status: its type, never its duration;
- your trust level (Regular, Met in person or Trusted) next to your username on your profile, in chats and at hangouts. On your profile, with facts in words (how long you have been a member, whether you participate often, whether you are verified) and the friends you have in common; this number of mutual friends also appears at the top of a chat and for a hangout’s host as soon as you request to come or he invites you. Never your score or calculation details: they are not displayed to anyone, including you, and you can ask the team for them;
- your “We’ve met” confirmations: only the two of you see them; other members only see their effect on your level;
- your “Verified” tick if your profile is verified: next to your username on your profile, on your Guys card and other member lists, in chats and at hangouts. Members can display only verified profiles in Guys, and a host can restrict his hangout to verified profiles;
- what you post, according to your chosen audience: everyone, your friends or only you;
- your visits: the member whose profile you view knows about it unless you choose “Use Invisible Mode” in Settings. He also receives an email with your username, at most one a day for the same visitor, unless he has switched off these emails (they are switched off automatically for people signing up from the homepage);
- your live streams: logged-in members;
- the hangouts you host, with the number you have already held and whether they were as advertised. Your profile shows your hosted hangouts, never the hangouts you attend.
A member you blocked, or who blocked you, no longer sees any of this, except in two places. On the lists of photos, videos, blog posts and music, he still sees your public photos, videos, blog posts and music with your username and “online” dot. On the list of members of a crew or followers of a Place, he still sees your username, photo and town. And most of these lists can also be seen without being logged in (see below).
Your friends also see your private photos, the Places where you say you are going, and your profile even if your presence is hidden. If you choose “Only my friends”, only they see your My cock section and the intimate drawings in your dick code.
Around a hangout
- Members who can see a hangout see who is coming: your username, photo and town, with a link to your profile, unless you are attending discreetly; then they see “1 discreet” instead of you.
- The host sees everything about people who request to come or attend: their profile, short message, any photo he requested (only he sees it), attendance and absences at hangouts over the past 12 months and, for an account less than 30 days old, how long it has existed. He also sees those attending discreetly.
- People attending see the discussion and its photos, and those attending discreetly.
- The address of a hangout in a private place (a member’s home, a hotel or a rental) is only given to people the host has approved, or those who have confirmed they are coming, according to his choice. Before then, any member who can see the hangout sees a point rounded to around 1 km, surrounded by a circle of 1 km, on the Going out map and under “The area”. The address of a place on the site, however, is visible to all members who can see the hangout.
Visitors who are not logged in and search engines. They never see profile pages. Currently, they see:
- a reduced version of member search (Guys), ads and hangouts open to all. Each card shows the first letter of your username and a heavily blurred thumbnail of one of your public photos, your profile photo first (none if your profile image is your dick code); in Guys, your age if you show it, your town and a rounded distance; for an ad, its type, date, town, a rounded distance and its text; for a hangout, its title, date, area or town and a rounded distance, never its address. No link leads to your profile. On the homepage, once a town is chosen, they may also see a few of these Guys thumbnails, with no username, no initial and no other information. You are not shown if you chose “Members only” under “Who can see your profile”, nor in Guys if you hide your presence. Discreet ads, ads for your friends only, invitation-only hangouts and hangouts for friends only are not shown;
- the list of members’ public photos with their username, description, date and, when the author is online, an “online” dot even if he has hidden his presence; likewise for the lists of videos, music and blog posts;
- the crew list: name, type, number of members and image. A crew’s page is closed to them;
- for anyone who knows the address, the list of members of a public crew and followers of a Place, with each person’s username, photo and town, and a public crew’s photos and videos;
- Places, with reviews and their authors’ usernames. The data sent to the page also contains the member number of the person who added a place;
- forums: topics, replies, and their authors’ username, profile photo and sign-up date, except topics by a member who hides his presence or has left the site; photos and videos attached to replies remain restricted to members;
- the homepage shows only illustrative photos and profiles, without presenting real members of the site.
They never see your profile sections (including your introduction), vibes, preferred ages, dick code, location, Available status, trust level, how long it has been since your last visit, messages, the Feed, live streams or a hangout’s page: instead, they only see a neutral page with no title or details.
The homepage, the neutral hangout page and the reduced versions of member search, ads and hangouts tell search engines not to index them. Other pages visitors can see do not prohibit this; only Cloudflare’s anti-bot check filters them in part.
The homepage counter. A visitor who types a town sees an estimate of the number of active members around it (within 25 km, over the past 90 and 7 days) and the number of hangouts planned in the next 30 days. These figures are calculated from each member’s town and last visit date, and the hangouts’ towns. They are given in ranges (“fewer than 20”, “more than 50”…), never per person, and a hangout count below 3 is not given exactly.
To remove your photos, videos and blog posts from the lists visitors see, choose “Members only” in Settings under “Who can see your profile”. This setting does not cover forums, reviews of Places or the list of members of a crew or followers of a Place.
The site’s administration sees everything, including your date of birth, email, IP addresses, exact location, private messages and replays. It only reads private messages to handle a report made by one of the participants or to respond to a request from a judicial authority.
Your verification selfie is only seen by the moderation team, never members or visitors: it has no address on the site. To respond, the team also sees the requested gesture, your profile photos including private ones, username, age, town, sign-up date, the reasons for previous refusals, the number of gestures drawn in the 24 hours before submission, and the time between drawing the gesture and submitting.
No other member sees your exact date of birth, email, exact location, favourites or search criteria. The administration sees them (above). And your location and search criteria pass through page links: our server logs and Cloudflare receive them (sections 6 and 7).
6. Your location
- Your town is visible to logged-in members and to visitors on some pages (see section 5). Without a shared location, it is the starting point for distances and your position on the Guys map.
- The town inferred from your IP address is used to suggest a town at sign-up and a default search location. It is calculated on our server, without an external service.
- Your location. The ◎ “Use my location” button is in your profile (Town field), Guys search and the /join sign-up form. In Places, the same button is only used for searching: your location is not saved there. Elsewhere, if you tap it and your browser allows it:
- we save your exact location, which no other member sees, and a rounded point on a fixed grid of around 1 km. In Guys search, it is saved immediately; in your profile, when you save it; in the /join form, when your account is created;
- logged-in members see this point on the Guys map and a distance calculated from it. The point may be less than a kilometre from your home: in a village, it may be enough to locate you;
- it is stored with your profile’s town, even if you are elsewhere: when travelling, the displayed point is the place where you were;
- it remains until you replace it, delete it, change your town or delete your account. There is no other retention period;
- to delete it: in your profile’s Town field, type your town again and choose it from the list without tapping ◎, then save.
- “Find my town” on the homepage and in the three-step sign-up rounds your location in your browser to around 1 km before sending it, then keeps only your town: your location is not saved.
- A hangout’s address. When you host a hangout in a private place (your home, a hotel or a rental), you choose the address from suggestions. We keep its exact coordinates, which no page shows, and show members who can see the hangout a point rounded to around 1 km (section 5). If you do not choose it from suggestions, the hangout is placed at the centre of its area on the map and for distances. The address, coordinates and access directions are deleted 24 hours after the hangout ends. If you choose to keep your address for future hangouts, an encrypted copy remains in your hangout settings until you untick that choice.
- What passes through page links. Some searches send what you search for in the page link (URL): your location when searching around you (Guys, Places) and the rounded location from “Find my town”. They therefore appear in our server logs and at Cloudflare, and your most recent member search is saved in your account.
- Your photos. A photo may contain the location where it was taken. Hangout, blog post and forum forms remove this information before uploading. For profile photos, our server keeps the original as you sent it, including that information, without showing it. For album photos, the original can be downloaded by people who see the photo. Remove location data from your photos before sending them.
7. Our providers and external services
- OVH SAS hosts our server (France). The site, its database, sending emails and address searches run on that server.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) sits in front of the site. All traffic passes through it, readable in plain text by it: IP address, pages, sent messages, photos, forms. It protects the site against bots, caches photos and receives network error reports.
- The calls and live streams server is rented from a Dutch hosting provider. We have not yet established who operates it. It receives your IP address and carries live streams. It establishes voice and video calls, whose sound and image may pass through it, and is configured to convert the videos you send. We have not yet established what it retains. Voice messages are checked on our own server.
- Meta (Facebook): a Facebook script is loaded on most pages of the site, for visitors and members alike. It is not loaded on the homepage, on its “18 and over” screen, in its new sign-up and login process or on the neutral hangout page. It sends Meta your IP address, browser and the page viewed, and is configured to use the Facebook cookies in your browser.
- OpenStreetMap: the Places map loads its map backgrounds directly from OpenStreetMap through its delivery network (Fastly). They receive your IP address and the area you are viewing. The Guys and hangout maps go through our server: nothing is sent from you. But if you tap “Open in my map” on a hangout’s page, its address is sent with your IP address to Apple Maps (iPhone, iPad), to your phone’s map app (Android) or to OpenStreetMap (computer).
- YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion and X (formerly Twitter): when a member embeds a video from these sites or an X post in content on the site, it loads from them as soon as the page is displayed, without you clicking. They receive your IP address, browser and the site’s address. The Vimeo player also sets a cookie (section 9).
- Other embedded sites: in forums and hangouts, a member can also embed content from another site. That site receives the same information when the page is displayed.
- Image links: when a member pastes the address of an image on another site, our server fetches it. That site sees our server’s address, not yours.
- Emails are sent from our own server, without an email delivery provider. They then pass through your email service.
- The authorities: on a lawful request, or when we must report content or a danger to them.
We have no external audience measurement service or advertising network. The server has its own visitor statistics tool, which reads its logs without an external service.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
- Cloudflare is a US company: [to be completed].
- Meta is a US company: [to be completed].
- Fastly, which distributes OpenStreetMap’s map backgrounds, is a US company: [to be completed]. The OpenStreetMap Foundation is British: the United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Union.
- YouTube, Vimeo and X are US companies. YouTube: [to be completed]. Vimeo: [to be completed]. X: [to be completed]. Dailymotion is French.
- Other sites embedded in forums or a hangout may be outside the European Union.
- Our server is in France. The calls and live streams server is rented from a Dutch hosting provider; its operator remains to be established.
9. Cookies and what the site keeps in your browser
The site does not display a cookie banner. It does not itself set audience measurement or advertising cookies. But content it displays from other sites may set them: this is the case with the Vimeo player (see “Other people’s cookies”).
The site’s cookies (most names begin with the site’s address):
- sid: your session. It disappears when the browser closes.
- c_user and c_password: “Remember me” on the /login page, where the box is ticked by default. They log you back in for 366 days, with your username and a token derived from your password. Untick the box to avoid receiving them.
- __Host-cj_reste: “Stay logged in”, when you log in from the homepage and tick the box, which is unticked by default. It logs you back in for 30 days, with a token kept on our server.
- cj_majeur: your answer on the homepage’s “18 and over” screen, so you are not asked again (1 year).
- user_color_scheme: your appearance (366 days).
- set_language, set_template, set_template_mobile: language and theme (366 days).
- settings_filter_search, state_filter_search, state_narrow_box_… and review_link: interface state and your default search location (366 days).
- general_chat_logout and pwa_social_callback: old software modules (short duration).
- edge_im_show_only_online, edge_height_im, edge_width_im, _ap_muted, _ap_mute_volume and bgEdgeMainPage: display and sound preferences, for the session.
- videojs_volume and videojs_volume_last: video player volume, for the session.
Other people’s cookies:
- Cloudflare sets a cookie when checking you are not a bot: cf_clearance, which keeps proof of the check for a period set by Cloudflare.
- Facebook: the Facebook script is configured to use Facebook cookies already in your browser.
- Vimeo: when a Vimeo video is displayed, its player sets the vuid cookie, used for the video owner’s statistics, for 2 years.
- YouTube, Dailymotion, X and other embedded sites may set their own cookies when their content is displayed. We have not yet inventoried them.
Your browser’s storage. To keep the interface smooth, the site keeps in your browser: open chats and message drafts, a copy of your favourites, a note of your Available status, your appearance and blog post drafts. Message drafts are deleted when the tab closes. While signing up from the homepage, your draft (your interests, date of birth, username, email and choices, never your password) and the town you typed stay in the tab until it closes; Going out also keeps your search and position in the list there. For members, the site also registers a small program (service worker) in the browser for browser notifications, without an external notification server.
10. How long we keep your data
As long as your account exists
- your account, profile, dick code, photos, videos, posts, hangouts, crews and Places;
- your messages, as long as you and the person you are talking to both have accounts. A message deleted on both sides, or “for everyone”, is deleted with its photos and voice messages. Its search copy remains (section 15);
- your notifications;

- What the law requires us to keep: data that identifies a content’s author. This is not yet in place: currently, it is deleted with your account, except in server logs (around 6 weeks).
- Proof of your consents: it will have to be deleted 5 years after the account is deleted; no cleanup process deletes it yet.
- Backups: database copies made during site updates are kept without a time limit. They will have to be deleted after 30 days.

11. Security
- At its address, the site only opens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS): an unencrypted connection is redirected.
- In our database, passwords are stored as hashes: nobody can read them there. But the /join sign-up form also leaves the typed password in plain text in a session file (section 15).
- A hangout’s address in a private place is only given to the members described in section 5. Its exact coordinates, like your exact location, are not shown by any page.
- Hangout photos, verification selfies, your dick code images and replays recorded since the evening of 20/09/2026 are stored outside the server’s public area, and every access is checked.
- Images sent in messages are displayed after checking your access rights. But the file itself, like those of profile and album photos (public or private), videos, older replays and voice messages, remains readable by anyone who gets its exact address.
In the event of a data breach, we notify the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) within 72 hours, and notify you directly if it poses a high risk to you.
12. Your rights
- Access your data and receive a copy.
- Rectify it: most data can be changed directly on your profile and in Settings.
- Erase it: delete content, your dick code (“Delete my dick code”), your location (section 6) or your account (Settings → “Delete profile”).
- Receive it in a reusable format (portability): there is no one-click export yet. Write to us and we will send it to you.
- Restrict processing: while we check data you dispute or your objection; if you prefer restriction to erasing wrongly processed data; if you need to keep data for legal proceedings.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest (section 4).
- Withdraw your consents at any time:
- for Orientation, Background, What I’m into and My cock (which also deletes the intimate drawings in your dick code): in Settings → My data;
- for your location: delete it from your profile (section 6) and withdraw location permission in your browser;
- for a live replay: write to [email protected];
- for verification: on the “Your badge” page, cancel your request or remove your tick;
- for sign-up consent: delete your account.
- Decide what happens to your data after your death: tell us by email if you want it erased or passed on to a person you designate. Without instructions from you: when we learn of your death, with supporting evidence, we delete your account; nothing is passed on to anyone.
How. Write to [email protected]. It is free. We respond within one month. For a complex request, this period may be extended by two months: we tell you within the first month, with the reason. We may ask you to prove that the account is yours.
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the data protection authority of the country where you live, work or where the problem occurred (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
13. Automated decisions
No automated tool classifies you according to your sex life.
Verification is not an automated decision: a person on the moderation team looks at your selfie and photos, then decides. No tool recognises faces.
Trust levels are calculated automatically every day using the criteria published in the terms of use. The detailed calculation is not displayed, to prevent it being gamed: you can ask the team for it (section 12, your right of access). This is profiling: it does not restrict your account and has no legal effect, but your level is shown to other members. You can ask for a person to review your calculation: write to [email protected].
The chat caution card. When a chat is displayed, the site reads the messages the other person sent you to identify words: an address, money, a phone number, another app. If any is present, his account is less than 30 days old, he is not verified and you have no friends in common, a card gives you safety advice until you close it and lets you report him. This reading is done by the server when displaying the chat; nothing is kept from it except the fact that you closed the card. It blocks nothing, has no effect on his account or yours, and he does not know about it.
Some automated rules affect your account:
- anti-spam: if you send the same message of 50 characters or more 10 times, sending messages is blocked. The block extends to accounts whose last connection was from the same IP address;
- the word filter: currently, any word containing “@” (an email address, another network’s @username) is replaced with “[oops!]” in your private messages, comments on photos, videos and blog posts, and messages in live stream discussions, without telling you. A username, crew name or blog post title containing “@” is refused;
- unconfirmed email: without confirmation, your account is blocked after 3 days until you confirm;
- sign-up from the homepage: once a certain number of accounts have been created during the day from the same connection, sign-up is refused;
- hangouts:
- a hangout posted by an account less than 7 days old awaits moderation review before becoming visible;
- during creation, filters identify certain texts (age limit, hurtful language, contact details, links, money, obligations), and some block publication;
- capacity depends on the number of hangouts you have already held, with the lowest cap if your account is less than 7 days old;
- if the host has restricted his hangout to verified profiles, your request is refused until your profile is verified, unless he invites you.
You can ask for a person to review your situation, give your point of view and challenge the decision: write to [email protected]. For a removed hangout, you can also challenge it from the hangout’s page.
14. Minors
The site is forbidden to people under 18. You declare your age when signing up, and also when entering the homepage: we do not check it, not even when verifying a profile. But if the team thinks, while handling a verification request, that a member is under 18, it gives his account priority for review. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it. If you think a member is underage, report him.
15. What is not yet in place
We would rather tell you:
- no one-click export of your data: request it by email;
- the files of profile and album photos, videos, images sent in messages and voice messages can be read by anyone who gets their exact address, even without an account, including a private photo;
- some data remains after the account is deleted, with no automatic cleanup (section 10); a poke stays recorded even when you delete it from a chat or delete the chat; a message’s search copy remains after the message is deleted;
- the law requires us to retain data identifying a content’s author: currently, it is deleted with the account, and your last IP address is replaced at every login;
- in What I’m into, your answers to “I’m here for…”, “How I like to connect” and “How many” do not require consent, and remain when you withdraw your consent (section 4). The same applies to the interests you tick when signing up from the homepage;
- your most recent search criteria remain in your account after withdrawing consent;
- if you sign up through the /join form, what you type there, including your password, remains in plain text in a session file on our server until those files are cleaned up (section 10);
- accounts that are never confirmed are not deleted;
- “Hide my presence from other users” does not hide your “online” dot on the lists of photos, videos, blog posts and music. And despite a block, two members still see each other in these lists and in the list of members of a crew or followers of a Place (section 5);
- in Guys search, “Use my location” saves your location immediately without asking first: the message telling you this appears afterwards;
- if you sign up through the /join form, your address is added to the site’s bulk email mailing list, and no setting yet lets you leave it: write to us. Sign-up from the homepage does not add you to it;
- the two consent boxes on the sign-up forms are displayed in the language chosen on the site;
- the site’s automatic emails (new message, visit to your profile, confirmation of a sign-up through /join…) are available in the languages offered on the site. Depending on the message, they use the language saved in your account or the language of the page from which you request the email. The sender uses the site’s name or brand; some contain the sender’s or visitor’s username. Links in the legacy emails lead to the site without automatically logging in to your account. Emails for sign-up from the homepage contain neither a username nor exchanged content;
- the “forgotten password” option on the /login page sends you a new password in plain text by email. The one on the homepage sends you a link valid for 24 hours;
- if you choose email notifications for hangouts, no email is sent yet: you are only notified on the site;
- “Log out” in your account menu does not log you out yet: you stay logged in and your Available status continues until it expires. On a device others use, use a private browsing window;
- you cannot refuse the Facebook script;
- embedded videos and posts load as soon as the page is displayed, not when you click;
- there is no account pause;
- importing information from the community’s original site is not yet available. Nothing will be imported or published without your explicit consent.
16. When this policy changes
We give you at least 30 days’ notice of any important change, by email and on the site. If a change requires your consent, it does not apply to your data until you give it. Each version is dated.
